When you call us or fill out our online form, you will first speak with Heather Weber, the Operations Manager for S.O.S. Home Sale.  Heather is a licensed Realtor and has been working in various areas of real estate since 2014.  Heather will chat with you about your situation, listen to your story, and help you find the best path for your home sale. Heather makes sure all home sellers get the help they need as quickly and easily as possible, and walks with each seller every step of the way throughout the home selling process until closing day.

Heather has lived in St Charles since 1996 and both her girls graduated from Francis Howell North High School.  After college graduation, one became a teacher in the Fort Zumwalt School District and one is a CPA.  Heather’s first career was in higher education, working with students at community colleges and universities in Missouri to guide them from admission to graduation.  

Chad Wilson purchases all of the homes for S.O.S. Home Sale.  He will be the person to meet you at your home to take a look around and learn more about it.  The offer you receive will be written by Chad. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2009 and was purchasing homes to rehab even before then.

Chad was raised in St Charles and feels fortunate to be raising his 4 girls here. Before becoming a Realtor, Chad enjoyed a career as an Air Traffic Controller and spent over 26 years in the Air National Guard with multiple deployments to Hungary, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Iraq, retiring with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant – E-9, the highest enlisted rank.  All of those experiences led him to become a professional who loves meeting people and patiently guiding them through the emotions of selling a home. 

Lisa Peirick is a licensed Realtor and Broker, first earning her license in 1997, and brings a wealth of real estate experience to every transaction.  Lisa grew up in North St Louis County and moved to St Charles County to attend St Dominic High School, where she met her husband.  She sat behind Greg when the classes were arranged alphabetically, and that’s where their life-long romance began. As a mother of 2 girls and grandmother of 1, Lisa’s compassionate heart and extraordinary professional knowledge are well-known in the St Louis real estate market.

Lisa is the Transaction Coordinator for S.O.S. Home Sale.  She works to make sure every contract closes smoothly and on time, working closely with the title company to make each transaction as easy as possible for our home seller.  

Joe Bekebrede is the Rehab Manager for S.O.S. Home Sale and he is a master craftsman, skilled in many areas of home renovation.  Joe’s family has deep roots in St Charles, going back generations, and he learned his trade from his father who has been working in construction and home renovation most of his life.

Joe is married to a teacher in the St Charles School District, and together they are raising their two beautiful children.  Joe oversees each of our rehab projects and manages the crews that work on our homes.  He takes great pride in rejuvenating homes and bringing them up to today’s standards, making them an attractive part of the neighborhood.  He is invested in St Charles County and feels fortunate to work to improve the community with each project he undertakes.
